Select from over 15 question types, including checkboxes, multiple choice, and jobsite dropdowns to create forms for your business.
Collect data from the field
Forms are designed to be completed on a phone through Field Assistant. Request a form response through a task ensuring you get the information you need when the task is completed. Or crews can fill out a form by selecting from the forms list.
Review completed forms
Review lists of all the completed forms. Display, print, or export individual responses or a summary of all responses for a form. Searching responses by form title, jobsite, or the crew that filled out the form ensures you can quickly find the information you need.
